Hello I'm Sarah - retired from drinking but not from fun!
I've spent the last 12 years coaching and mentoring people who've suffered significant trauma and adverse childhood experiences supporting them to see their recovery journey as a positive point of change. I feel passionate about spreading the message that our lives can be joyful and fun on the other side of our drinking careers and there's no need to feel lonely, stressed or bored on this journey.
