Shannon Keelyn
Shannon Keelyn is a registered yoga teacher and energy practitioner, and the founder of Anavah Mind Body Soul. Her work is centred around grounded, integrative healing that supports both the body and mind.
With a 500-hour qualification and registration with Yoga Alliance, Shannon brings a strong foundation in yoga and embodied practice. She combines breathwork, Thai bodywork, and sound therapy with subtle energy techniques to help regulate the nervous system, restore balance, and support lasting change.
As a certified Angelic Reiki Master Teacher, Shannon blends structured training with intuitive awareness. Her sessions offer a space that is both deeply attuned and practically grounded, allowing clients to feel supported, steady, and connected throughout their healing process.
