Sharon Crossett
I am a life coach specialising in working with women in midlife who feel stuck, unmotivated or ready to create change but unsure where to start. Based in Wrexham, North Wales, I work with women across the UK and beyond via Zoom.
I hold a diploma in Psychology, NLP and CBT, alongside certifications in Mindfulness, Meditation, Somatic Healing and Holistic Counselling. I have been running Life Coaching for Women for six years and have worked with many women navigating midlife transitions, career changes, identity shifts and a loss of direction.
My approach is holistic, working across mind, body and spirit, and every coaching package is tailored specifically to the individual. I do not use a one-size-fits-all framework. I listen, I ask the right questions, and I help women get clear on what is actually keeping them stuck and what they want their next chapter to look like.
Before coaching, I spent 23 years in retail as both an Area Manager and business owner, which means I bring a grounded, practical perspective to the work alongside the therapeutic and psychological tools I am trained in.
