I am a sober coach specialising in coaching midlife women (usually 40s - 60s and beyond) to change their relationship with alcohol.
Strictly grey area drinkers not alcohol dependent.
We work together to identify goals & using various tools and techniques my clients can reset their relationship with alcohol and ultimately stop drinking altogether.
With my knowledge and experience my clients will be equipped with everything they need to live their best lives alcohol free.
I also run challenges throughout the year that women can join with other women and take a break from alcohol to see how they feel.
