Hello, my name is Shirley Richards, and I am the owner of Mother Earth Lifestyles based in Leicestershire, East Midlands. 

Holistic medicine is the art and science of healing that addresses the mind, body and spirit. As an experienced and accredited Holistic Therapist/Reiki Master Teacher, I use a range of therapies including Reiki, Tarot Cards and other Divination, Psychic Services, Crystal Healing, Aromatherapy, Chakra Balansing/Cleansing, and Massage to name but a few.

These therapies are used individually or combined to promote optimal health, to improve well-being and assist with self-care, help to release trauma and heal emotional wounds, provide balance and relaxation, provide coping mechanisms for stress, anxiety and depression, and even to provide focus and meditation to help in achieving your personal goals.

A little bit about me...

Hello, I am Shirley and I thought you might like to know a little more about me before choosing me as your Holistic Therapist.

It is important when receiving therapy that you are comfortable and confident in your therapist. I have been working as a private carer since 1998, and have been working specifically with holistic therapies for the past 2 years, having received several accreditations and qualifications along the way.

I am based in the village of Belton, Leicestershire in the East Midlands, and it is from my home that I practise. I have a designated therapy room which has been designed to provide the 'at home' comforts and utmost privacy, care and relaxation to my clients, and this is used to provide all face to face treatments and services, although some services can be provided remotely, and I can travel in some circumstances.

I am a fully qualified Reiki Master Teacher Level 3 Practitioner, and I am IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) accredited in the following therapies - please click on the relevant topic or
