Welcome to Source & Soul: A Space for Deep Healing, Reconnection, and Transformation

At Source & Soul, I support women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion to rebuild self-trust, reconnect with who they truly are, and move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.

My core work centres around transformational coaching, guiding women through deep inner work that creates lasting change at a subconscious level. This is for the woman who knows she’s meant for more, but feels held back by old patterns, limiting beliefs, or a loss of identity.

Through a blend of subconscious reprogramming, nervous system support, and soul-led guidance, I help clients create powerful internal shifts that ripple into every area of their lives. Coaching is delivered online, allowing women to access this work from wherever they are.

Alongside coaching, I offer Reiki healing, Reiki-infused guided meditation, and sound therapy as supportive practices that deepen the work, allowing the body to soften, the mind to quieten, and integration to take place on a much deeper level.

My signature Reiki-infused guided meditations are designed to bring you into a deep theta brainwave state, where meaningful change can occur beyond conscious awareness. These sessions support emotional release, clarity, confidence, and a growing sense of inner safety.

Reiki, meditation, and sound sessions take place in my purpose-built studio in Bearsden, offering an intimate and supportive environment for women to rest, reset, and reconnect.

I also facilitate women’s circles and larger healing events in carefully selected venues, creating powerful spaces for connection, reflection, and shared transformation. These gatherings offer a sense of community and belonging, allowing women to feel seen, supported, and held as they move through their own personal journeys.

With a background in nursing and extensive training across multiple holistic modalities, my work bridges grounded knowledge with intuitive, soul-led practice, offering a space that feels both safe and deeply transformative.
