Whether my clients prefer an In-Person or Distant treatment, I work with their body’s own Wisdom and the Wisdom of the Land for the greatest holistic benefit. In this way we achieve a sustainably improved level of wellness and wellbeing.

I also offer a Remote Property & Land Energy Clearing service to those who feel an unease in their homes with meaningful results.

My Journey to Realising my Vocation

I spent my early years outdoors, knee-deep in mud, following Dad around the garden, collecting 'pretty stones’, climbing trees, or lying in the fields observing tiny creatures go about their business. These experiences, along with music, were my happy places. However, life's path is never straight, and mine led me from Norfolk to London before bringing me to my spiritual home in Somerset.

As a Tax Partner in the City, I sought out holistic therapies to help me manage the demands of a 24/7 lifestyle and chronic pain. This initially brought me to Reiki for self-healing but soon developed into me supporting others with their health. Now I teach Reiki as well as offering therapy sessions.

My childhood fascination with stones and how they ‘sing’ in my hands inspired me to study their healing and metaphysical properties. Now I co-work with a wide variety of specialist crystals to help clients to heal, re-energise and restore balance.

However, it is the exceptional power of Energy Healing which has been transformational for both me and my clients. This work incorporates Indigenous & Animistic Shamanic Practices, Plant, Bird & Animal wisdom as well as the elemental Seichem & Reiki energies. All drawing on the concept that the Wisdom of the Natural World is the greatest healer. This skillset also informs my Remote Property & Land Clearing services.

In addition, I have studied Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) to enable me to incorporate Nature Therapy into my work.

Bespoke Support:
I work intuitively at a pace my client & their body’s own wisdom find acceptable. This allows me to hold space & create a personalised experience for each individual. This approach also allows me to co-work with those clients who wish to deeply explore the weaving of different teachings & experiences which have been coded into the different layers of their different energy bodies over lifetimes.

The majority of my services can be offered both In-Person and Remotely. So don’t let distance or location become a barrier to reaching out.

Teaching & Mentoring:

• Reiki Training – this is conducted in small groups and can also be 1:1.
• Energy Healing Training – I work alongside Dr Karen Stead-Dexter (IPHM Accredited Training Provider) to teach her accredited Energy Healing courses.
• Mentoring – this is a flexible service designed to offer support & guidance to clients either to navigate a particularly challenging life event, or, on an ongoing basis, as they reestablish their connection with Nature and the Wisdom of the Land to discover their true purpose.

My Clients:

I support clients from all walks of life across their physical, emotional, mental & spiritual wellbeing. Often they don’t know exactly why they are guided to seek me out, so we discover that together. For example:

• Physical: pain reduction & management, tension, dis-ease, fatigue, sleep deprivation, relief from side-effects of invasive medical treatments
• Mental & Emotional Health issues: stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, fear, self-esteem, heavy energies absorbed from others & environment
• Spiritual: wish to explore a deeper connection & gain an understanding of the support available from our own Intuition & Inner-Knowing, the Wisdom of the Land, the Ancestors & All That Is.
• Property & Land: uneasiness in home/garden; feeling irritable, moody, unwell, fearful, unable to sleep or simply not ‘themselves’. Struggling to sell or not settling in a new home.
• Self-Development: desire to learn Reiki or Energy Healing themselves, whether for family/friends or to use professionally. Learning techniques to manage short term or ongoing life events, etc.

• Reiki Master Teacher
