Teodora Racheva IPHM

I am a somatic practitioner and facilitator, and the creator of Somatic Constellations — an integrative approach to embodied self-discovery and personal transformation, that uses the body as a gateway for the systemic entanglements.

My work brings together somatic movement, myofascial Yin Yoga, systemic and somatic constellation work, women’s practices and ritual to help people reconnect with their bodies, emotions, inner resources and authentic sense of self.

At the heart of my work is the belief that profound change does not happen only through understanding — it happens when we are able to feel, sense and embody a different way of being.

Through carefully held individual and group processes, I support people in exploring patterns that may be held in the body, relationships and wider systems, and in finding greater awareness, choice and connection with themselves.

I have been developing and facilitating this work since 2007, bringing together years of experience across somatic practices, systemic work, movement and embodied personal development.

My intention is not to tell people who they should become, but to create the conditions in which they can reconnect with who they already are.

My work is educational and transformational in nature.
