Professional Background
I am the Founder of Energies in Motion™ and a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Release Practitioner, Reiki Master, and creator of the Triad of Healing Modality™.
I provide trauma-informed support through Breathwork, Somatic Awareness, IFS-informed Somatic Parts Work, nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and attachment recovery.
Who I Work With & Approach
I work with individuals and groups navigating childhood trauma, attachment wounds, CPTSD, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, family dysfunction, recovery, and personal growth.
My approach integrates Breathwork, somatic healing, IFS-informed Somatic Parts Work, emotional processing, nervous system education, and Self Leadership development to help clients increase self-awareness, emotional regulation, self-compassion, and connection to Self.

My services include one-to-one sessions, group Breathwork experiences, emotional healing workshops, support communities, facilitator mentorship, and professional training.
