Tracy Glover-Leach
Tracy Glover-Leach brings a wealth of experience and a calm, grounded approach to her work in holistic therapy. Following a distinguished career in the civil service, where she served as Head of HR Operations in a fast-paced and demanding environment, Tracy developed a strong understanding of the pressures of modern life and the importance of maintaining balance and wellbeing.
Alongside her career, Tracy pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Therapy, driven by her interest in emotional wellbeing, stress reduction, and helping others find a more balanced and fulfilling way of living. This foundation continues to shape her thoughtful and client-focused approach.
After retiring, Tracy deepened her skills by training in massage therapies at a renowned retreat in Monchique, Portugal. Surrounded by the peaceful mountain setting, she gained both practical expertise and a deeper holistic understanding of wellbeing. She later completed her VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Massage and went on to co-create a business with her daughter, offering treatments that support relaxation, detoxification, and overall wellbeing.
Tracy now works with clients to create a calm, restorative experience, helping them unwind, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
