I am a certified trainer, coach and holistic therapist offering transformative 1:1 sessions, group programs and conscious practices designed to reconnect people with their authentic inner power.
My work blends science and spirit. I integrate Life & Business Coaching, NLP, Time Line Therapy®, Hypnotherapy and Holosomatic Energy Therapy® to support emotional healing, self-leadership and aligned action. I also facilitate conscious breathwork, cacao ceremonies and somatic rituals to awaken body wisdom and soul clarity.
I work with women, leaders and people in life transitions who seek to reclaim their purpose, clarity and balance through deep inner work. My approach is compassionate, intuitive and rooted in presence. Each session is a sacred space for self-discovery and realignment with one’s life mission.
