Body Mechanics Therapy
At VIO-BODY MECHANICS THERAPY, my practice is rooted in the principles of Body Mechanics Therapy, a specialist hands-on approach designed to restore postural balance, ease muscular tension, and improve joint mobility.
With a solid foundation of two years in anatomy and physiology and intensive massage therapy training, I combine in-dept knowledge with a tailored approach to each client.
Techniques and Conditions Treated
Body Mechanics Therapy uses a combination of techniques including therapeutic massage, trigger point release, assisted stretching, joint mobilisation, remedial exercises, and the use of mechanical tools. This comprehensive method addresses a wide range of most common conditions such as: Scoliosis, Sciatica, Frozen Shoulder, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, etc.
Treatment Goals
The goal is to improve posture, relieve pain, and restore flexibility and function.

Clients are often referred to me for specialist treatments due to my results-focused approach and ability to adapt techniques to each individual's condition and needs.
In addition to Body Mechanics Therapy, I specialise in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Manual Lymphatic Drainage for Plastic Surgery (Pre- and Post- Operative care), Oncology Massage, TMJ Dysfunction, Scar Tissue Release, Menopause Massage, Pregnancy Massage, offering tailored support for clients with complex needs.
Complementary and Additional Treatments
Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Reiki for deep relaxation and emotional support, along with clinical therapies such as Myofascial Cupping Therapy, ideal for pain management, detoxification, and recovery.Additional treatments such as Kinesiology Taping, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, and Hoppy Ear Candling allow me to address a wide variety of physical conditions and promote overall vitality.
