I am a Certified Herbalist and Certified Aromatherapist, and the founder of Álainn Cailín Flora, a botanical wellness brand dedicated to helping others reconnect with nature through herbal education, handcrafted products, and holistic living.
My Journey
My journey into herbalism began with a passion for understanding the healing properties of plants and the traditions that have supported wellness for generations.
Through professional training, continuing education, and hands-on experience, I have developed knowledge in herbal preparations, aromatherapy, botanical skincare, and natural wellness practices.
I believe that education is one of the greatest gifts we can share, empowering others to make informed choices and embrace a healthier, more intentional lifestyle.
What I Create
I create handcrafted herbal teas, botanical tinctures, infused oils, salves, balms, natural skincare products, botanical soaps, and artisan candles thoughtfully crafted with high-quality herbs, botanicals, and essential oils.
I also develop educational resources that encourage the safe, ethical, and responsible use of herbs while honoring the traditions of plant-based healing.
