About Me
I am a Holistic Energy Practitioner, Intuitive & Spiritual Life Coach, Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher, and natural-born intuitive supporting clients through mind, body, emotional, and energetic healing.
My Approach
Intuition has always been a natural part of who I am and how I connect with others.
Over the years, I have combined that innate intuitive ability with professional training in energy healing, spiritual coaching, Reiki, and other holistic practices to create a deeply personalised and integrative approach to wellness.
Holistic Therapies & Techniques
My work may incorporate energy healing, nervous system regulation, guided meditation, intuitive guidance, Reiki, EFT-inspired techniques, chakra balancing, womb wellness, spiritual coaching, and other supportive practices depending on the individual needs of the client.
Herbal Wellness Support
I also incorporate hand-blended herbal preparations when appropriate as an additional form of holistic support.
Herbs may be used alongside other wellness practices to help clients create intentional rituals, support relaxation and self-care, and deepen their connection with their bodies and overall well-being.
Personalised Client Support
Rather than focusing on one single modality, I meet each client where they are and draw from a variety of tools to support emotional release, stress reduction, energetic balance, greater self-awareness, reconnection with the body, and the identification of patterns that may be contributing to feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
Women’s Wellness
I work with women, mothers, individuals navigating life transitions, and clients seeking deeper emotional, spiritual, and energetic support.
I also have a special interest in women’s wellness, fertility and womb-centred support, and helping clients reconnect with their intuition and inner sense of safety.
My Intention
My intention is to provide a compassionate, grounded and supportive space where clients can slow down, regulate, release, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.
