About Zack Johnson
I’m Zack Johnson, founder of ZSJ Music and a Creative Music & Wellbeing Practitioner based at Rooftops Therapy & Wellbeing Rooms in Battle, East Sussex.
My Background
I’m currently studying for a degree in Music at WaterBear in Brighton, bringing my passion for music together with my commitment to supporting emotional wellbeing.
Creative Music & Wellbeing Sessions
I offer individual sessions for young people and adults, using songwriting, guitar and creative exploration to encourage self-expression, build confidence and create space for feelings that can sometimes be difficult to put into words. You don’t need any musical experience to take part.
Emotional Wellbeing & Mental Health Support
Alongside my creative music sessions, I offer one-to-one emotional wellbeing and mental health support, providing a welcoming space to talk, feel heard and explore everyday challenges.
Safe & Ethical Practice
I am fully insured and receive regular clinical supervision to support safe, ethical and reflective practice. I work within the boundaries of my training and experience, signposting to specialist support where appropriate.
My Approach
My approach is warm, informal and led by the individual. Whether you want to explore your creativity, develop confidence or take some time for yourself, sessions move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
