I have a background of 28 years working for the NHS as a General Nurse - RGN and a Psychiatric Nurse - RMN & CPN.

Anxiety Management & Meditation, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage (seated massage), Crystal Healing, Aromatherapy. Using these healing modalities supports "talking treatment", which includes motivating and inspirational speaking.
