My goal is to contribute to my clients’ general well-being by relieving muscle pain, reducing stress, and enhancing relaxation. I do this by applying touch and pressure to various muscles and body areas in order to relieve pain, soothe tenderness, relieve stress & relax or heal injuries.

I like to take time to get to know my clients so I can assess their needs and create a personalised treatment plan to help them achieve peace and physical contentment. My massages take place in a relaxed environment using a variety of essential oils, creams, balms, candles, reflective music & aromatherapy techniques.

Massage therapy is recognised as a valuable medical and mental health treatment which enhances and enriches people’s lives around the world. This is why I am committed to remaining up-to-date with the latest industry advancements and constantly educate myself in various massage styles, techniques and philosophies from around the world. This is not only beneficial for the well-being of myself and my family it also allows me to offer an expanding and varied service to my clients.
