Hello everyone, I'm Kath and i am a qualified Bee Sober coach!

I was a single mum bringing up a very demanding son from 6 months and worked hard to become a successful Business Manager in a Primary School. I worked long hours and thought a glass of wine at the end of the day was my reward until it wasn't !!

Eventually in March 2021 after drinking heavily on and off for the past 5 years I decided that it was time to change, enough was enough and I have been sober ever since.
Whilst working on my sobriety I have also found the love and joy of morning self-talk with coffee and completely see things in a whole new light.

I truly wish I knew what I do now about being sober especially as it would have helped me as a single mum. My son is now 21 years old and continues to pull on my heart strings but I have the tools to manage this successfully.

It is now my passion to help others achieve the same 'awesomeness' I have found since ditching the drink.
