My name is Maria Grace.

I'm a qualified Holistic Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Past Life Therapist, Energy Worker & Celtic Shamanic Practitioner.
I'm also a Certified Global Sisterhood Facilitator, and I love working with women's circles, gatherings and events.

I always aim to create a safe, nurturing space for clients to be able to drop inside, de-stress, relax and re-connect to themselves. A place where people can have a gentle, transformative experience as their energy is cleansed, balanced and restored.

As a Celtic Shamanic Practitioner and Holistic Wellness Practitioner, much of my beautiful work with Red Roots is primarily based in South Wales, where I live. Although, I am sometimes required (and very willing) to travel for work, as long as the cause, project, opportunity and service feels right for me.

I'm lucky enough to be part of a wonderful community which allows some of this sacred work to take place online, with Moon Circles and online personal appointments, as well as handmade and consciously-sourced niceys from the Red Roots boho boutique.
Location and physical ability to travel or participate shouldn't be an issue, and I don't like the idea of anyone feeling excluded or unable to access support or service, so if we're not from the same area, then let us not concern ourselves with distance - we can work something out between us.
