Michelle is a Certified iPEC Transitional Trauma Coach. She works with individuals that have gone through crises and who are ready for change. She uses various modalities to support and help clients move from being a victim, stuck mentally and emotionally to a place of freedom, awareness, and fulfilment.
She works with partners of sex addicts as they find their way to recovery from the trauma of betrayal due to sex addiction. She works with clients in the SSA (Social Security Administration) Ticket to Work Program who have a disability and desire to enter or return to the workforce. She helps them address limiting beliefs and confront fears and self-sabotaging thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. As a coach, she also provides Benefit Advisement to clients so they will move forward to self-sufficiency and financial independence.
Michelle is a certified Colour Therapist Practitioner (Advanced) Reiki (Level 2), Bach Flower Remedies, Ho' oponopono (Basic and Advanced), Crystal Healing, APAST Certified Clinical Partner Specialist-Candidate. COR.e Dynamics (Transitions, Leadership, Performance, and Wellness), and Energy Leadership Index (ELi) Certified
