I started my business with a clear vision - to create a holistic practice where I could share my belief in the mind-body connection and the body's natural ability to heal itself, using a range of complementary therapies and working with the power of the unconscious mind.

I have trained extensively to understand how complementary therapies work and I have seen how transformative these therapies can be. Having been on my own healing and spiritual journey I know what is possible and I am passionate about empowering others to experience their own healing.

I am an experienced therapist and my breadth of skills enables me to create a bespoke plan for each client, depending on their individual needs.
