After 23 years in Retail as both an Area Manager and running my own businesses, I realised that I wanted a change of career and found that Life Coaching was my calling.
I love working with my clients and seeing them achieve all of their goals, aspirations and achieving harmony in their lives.
I believe harmony and balance are crucial in life, outside of work I love to spend my time walking with my husband and dog in the beautiful countryside where we live. I love to read, meditate and delving deeply into my passion of history and art.
