The approach is grounded, nurturing, and we have fun!

Kathryn created Abracadabra Academy with the pure and easy flowing intention of helping as many people as possible to overcome 'dis-ease' and feel empowered to heal themselves.
Following my own Holistic journey and qualifications in various mental health, coaching and creative practises I created a course that would empower other's and give them the confidence to use a variety of practises with the individuals or groups they are supporting.

I understand the power of these enchanting and simple but very effective, creative tools to comfort, process and heal. I support my students via through your own personal experience, without judgement, I understand, I help you to listen to your intuition, and be guided by your heart and passion.

The course is suitable to work with all ages and is particularly effective with children and young people.
This group is a space to learn more about the course, the trainer, ask questions and be supported by others who are wanting to support people's mental health and emotional wellbeing.
