Natasha Longman is an experienced energy practitioner, crystal healer, and teacher with over 20 years of hands-on experience working within the field of energy, frequency, and intuitive development. She is the founder of Always Believe in Miracles, a Crystal Healing Studio and Sanctuary based in Essex, UK, offering both in-person and international training, workshops, and healing experiences.

Early Connection to Crystals

Her connection to crystals began at the age of 7, forming a lifelong relationship that underpins her work today. This early connection, combined with decades of practical experience, allows Natasha to work with crystals in a deeply attuned and embodied way, beyond traditional approaches.

Her work is rooted in crystal healing and energy work, developed through extensive client-based practice. Trained in Usui Reiki since 2004, this foundation supports her wider body of work, which has evolved into a multidimensional approach specialising in crystal energy, chakra alignment, and frequency-based healing. Her teaching combines technical knowledge with intuitive awareness, enabling students to not only understand energy, but to feel, interpret, and work with it confidently. This approach supports a deeper level of connection, allowing students to move beyond theory and into embodied practice, where they can trust their own awareness and apply their skills both personally and professionally.

Crystal & Sound Experiences

Over five years ago, Natasha created and introduced her Crystal and Sound experiences in Essex — combining crystal placement, energy work, and frequency immersion within a group setting. These sessions are known for their depth and transformational impact. While similar formats have since emerged, Natasha’s work remains distinctive due to the intuitive and energetic awareness she brings into each session.

Courses & Workshops

Alongside this, she has developed and delivered crystal-based courses and workshops, including Chakra Connection with Crystals and “Get to Know Your Crystals.” These trainings support individuals in building a genuine connection with their crystals — learning how to tune into them, understand when and how to use them, and confidently select crystals for both personal and client work.

Crystals sit at the core of Natasha’s work and are integrated across all modalities, including energetics, chakra alignment, intuitive development, and deeper processes such as past life awareness and soul-level healing. She works with crystals not only through placement, but through activation and energetic engagement, allowing them to interact dynamically within the client’s field.

Natasha specialises in teaching students how to work with crystals both personally and professionally. Her training covers crystal properties, energetic frequencies, chakra systems, and practical application, including how to select, cleanse, programme, and activate crystals with confidence.

Seasonal, Lunar & Grid Work

Her work also incorporates seasonal cycles, lunar phases, and natural energetic shifts, guiding students to align their practice with these rhythms to support intention, manifestation, and personal growth. Crystal grids form a key part of her methodology, with students learning how to build and activate grids for focused intention and energetic alignment.

Speaking & Events

Natasha has also been invited to speak at major wellbeing events. She has delivered talks at the National Exhibition Centre during the Mind Body Spirit Festival, sharing how crystals can support women through menopause. She will also be speaking in London this May at the Mind Body Spirit Festival London at Olympia London, focusing on crystals for anxiety, pre-menopause, and menopause.
