About Me
I’m Amy, a modern-day medicine woman and holistic practitioner based in Yorkshire, creating earthy, nurturing spaces for healing, connection and coming back to yourself.
Holistic Healing & Wellbeing
Through Sacred Sounds I offer sound healing and sound baths, Reiki, shamanic healing, cacao ceremonies, women’s circles and Held Ceremonies, alongside retreats, workshops and wellbeing experiences.

I also offer Cacao Facilitator Training, sharing my knowledge and practical experience of working with cacao and holding meaningful, safe and intentional ceremonies. My training is designed for people who want to bring cacao into their own wellbeing practice, circles, retreats or ceremonies.
