Angelic Complementary Therapies is run by Kate, an experienced holistic practitioner, healer and teacher who has dedicated her work to supporting others through energy healing and spiritual development. Her own path into this work began following serious illness in 2005 and again in 2007, experiences that deepened her understanding of wellbeing and led her to the healing work she now shares with others.

Kate works with a range of complementary therapies including Angelic Reiki, Usui Reiki and Reflexology. Her approach is centred on treating the whole person. Each client or student is supported as an individual, with care that considers mind, body and soul. Her work ranges from helping people manage stress and anxiety to supporting wellbeing at every stage of life, from pregnancy through to end of life care.

Alongside her therapy work, Kate is passionate about teaching. Through her courses and workshops she shares her knowledge in a supportive and encouraging environment, helping students grow in confidence and develop their own healing abilities. Her teaching style focuses on guidance, personal growth and practical experience so that students feel prepared to move forward in their own practice.

Students often speak about the depth of the experience and the calm, nurturing environment Kate creates. Her aim is always the same: to help people reconnect with their inner strength and develop the skills and understanding needed to support healing for themselves and others.
