Aracelis Gonzalez-Torres is a holistic practitioner, registered nurse, and training provider with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare. For the past 18 years, she has specialised in mental health support for combat veterans, combining clinical knowledge with a growing passion for natural and holistic approaches to wellbeing.
Her experience within traditional medicine led her to explore complementary therapies that support the emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing of her clients. She is a Reiki Master, aromatherapist, sound therapist, reflexologist, Adamantine Energy Therapist, and certified Traditional Chinese Medicine first aid administrator, bringing a broad and compassionate perspective to her work.
Through her training and educational offerings, Aracelis helps students explore holistic practices in a clear and supportive way. Her courses are designed to encourage confidence, practical understanding, and a deeper connection to natural wellbeing approaches.
