CALM with Clare
CALM with Clare is a grounded Reiki and wellbeing practice created by Reiki Master Teacher Clare Crierie, supporting women to slow down, reconnect with themselves and trust themselves again.
Clare’s approach to spirituality is warm, practical and refreshingly real. Her work combines Reiki, energy work, meditation and intuitive practices to create supportive spaces where women can step away from the noise of everyday life and come back to themselves.
Alongside 1:1 Reiki sessions and Reiki Sound Healing Circles, Clare is passionate about training the next generation of confident, ethical Reiki practitioners.
Through BECOME, her Reiki practitioner training and business pathway, students are supported beyond simply gaining a qualification. They learn Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki, develop confidence in their own practice, understand how to work safely and professionally with clients, and gain the practical foundations needed to begin building their own Reiki practice.
Clare believes Reiki training should leave students feeling not only qualified, but ready — able to trust themselves, hold space confidently and take their first steps into professional practice with integrity.
