COYAMA (Center of Yoga & Meditation Academy) is an international training academy dedicated to the transformative practices of sound, yoga, meditation, and restorative wellbeing.
With a presence in Thailand and the UK, COYAMA offers professional training and practitioner qualifications for those wishing to deepen their own practice or develop the skills and knowledge to teach and facilitate others.
Our academy
Our academy provides progressive training pathways across Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Sound Practioner, Sound Baths and our ReSoMe®, from foundation level through to advanced and master teacher training.
ReSoMe® is a unique pathway combining restorative, sound and meditation practices for rest, relaxation, nervous system regulation and stress relief. Our ReSoMe® Pathway allows students to learn all the qualifications and skills required to become a guide in helping others relax, rest and down regulate.
