Cyclical Living for Women is a trauma-informed school offering cycle-aware education and certification training for teachers, coaches, and facilitators who want to work with women in a more embodied and attuned way.
Our flagship offering is the Menstrual Cycle Educator Certification — a 100-hour, 5-month online teacher training covering menstrual cycle foundations, centred around the inner seasons framework and the Cyclical Living Protocol. Students learn practical tools to support women in living in sync with their natural rhythm, grounded in somatics and nervous system awareness for deep embodiment of the work.
Our teachings are grounded in science while bridging the emotional and psycho-spiritual dimensions of women's cyclical nature, making them accessible, relatable and practical to integrate into everyday life.
