Divine Circle

Divine Circle is a specialist breathwork and sound healing school based in Rishikesh, India. We offer two professional certification programs:

Healing Breathwork Facilitator Training (15-day intensive, 100 hours)

• The Healing Breathwork Facilitator Training at Divine Circle is a 15-day in-person immersion in Tapovan, Rishikesh — the place in India where practice has always been taken seriously. Before you learn to hold space for someone else's process, you move through your own. That is not a philosophy we talk about. It is the architecture of how the training is structured.

The method taught here is Shiva's own synthesis — built from sixteen years of personal practice across yoga, meditation, and somatic healing, and four years of active breathwork exploration. It draws on Conscious Connected Breathwork, classical pranayama, Polyvagal Theory, trauma-informed space-holding, and the energetic framework of the five Vayus.

Every student works with real participants during the training — not just peers — on the open group sessions held every Thursday and Sunday.

Sound Healing Training Levels 1, 2 and 3 (7-day intensive, 50 hours)

• Sound Healing Training at Divine Circle is a 7-day in-person immersion across three integrated levels: the science and lineage of sound, the clinical practice of 1-on-1 healing, and the art of holding a group sound bath.

Students leave having delivered real sessions to real clients — not just practiced on each other in a classroom.

The curriculum covers entrainment and brainwave science, the chakra system as a practical assessment tool, Tibetan and crystal bowl technique, contraindication screening, and group sound bath design and facilitation. It is lead by Maha, who is very passionate about sound frequencies and have training many prominent sound healers.
