My name is Cristina, owner/manager of Elements of Zen.

I am a qualified and experienced holistic massage practitioner for more than 10 years. I was trained in different countries like South Africa, the Philippines, and United Kingdom. I am also a qualified yoga alliance professional yoga teacher.

Having parents who departed of both heart failure, motivates me to be involved in the health and wellness industry, by helping others to feel better.
I started from a humble beginning from zero to thousands of quality clients who are needing help overcoming stress, anxiety, muscle pain, depression, and different health condition that affect our everyday lives.

I intend to help with my positive energy, those in need and to improve people’s health conditions by relaxing their minds and body by rendering my services that including different body treatments like massage, facials, waxings, reiki, and yoga classes from my home base clients, to a mobile massage, pampering party package and corporate massage who would like to have a massage in their free time, while working in the offices.

I offer a safe and welcoming space to consider what clients might be holding back, or how I can work to support their overall wellbeing. After all, we are body, mind, and soul and my treatment is all about the holistic approach addressing all three areas to help my client's physical, spiritual and emotional energies flow.

My expertise in massage technique is a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, with different pressure applied depending on what is the client's preference. I also add a cupping massage or a hot stone massage at the end which gives total relaxation of the body treatment. This technique relieves muscle spasms or stiffness on the back, shoulders, neck, and whole body. it also improves blood circulation, releases a toxin in the body, and more

For me, I feel I'm leaving in my dreams by helping others while being able to practice self-care for myself and my family which is very important in our daily lives.
