About me
I train, certify and mentor brilliant coaches, healers, therapists and practitioners in Trauma Sensitive Somatic EFT ® and the SoulShift Method®.
Both are incredible healing tools and framework rooted in neuroscience and trauma sensitive in format and teaching.
I offer cohort style training, online in zoom but taught in a combination of live and some self paced theory to maximise the live mentoring time we have together.
My courses have 100% pass rate, and an average of 98% pass mark, something I am very proud of and attribute to the learn - do - receive model of learning I operate with.
I believe
I believe that the foundation of all healing and transformation is the person feeling safe enough in their bodies - and having developed enough capacity - to allow their trauma, blocks or fears process and release.
I believe that the additional of somatic and interoceptive processing is key to the full and integrated healing that we need in these unprecedented times.
