Being Me Therapy was developed by Gaia Pollini, a UK-based Italian trauma therapist.
Gaia has worked with trauma since the 1990s, and brings various modalities (from evidence-based somatic work, to intuitive energy work) to this stunning insight:
That our issues arise from not being fully ourselves (the roots or which lie in the 'adaptive mechanisms' of childhood), and that learning how to Be More Fully Ourselves leads to profound healing and the resolution of myriad issues.

Gaia trains others to become trauma therapists in 'Being Me Therapy' in a profound 3-year training which allows people to fully learn and experience the Being Me system thus mastering 'being me ' for themselves alongside learning to use the system with clients.
