Glowinface method is a Face Yoga method created and taught by the founder Karin Velikonja in collaboration with doctor DMD Matej Kuliš specialised in TMJ and Bruxism.
Our Glowinface programs are offering potent and medically approved face exercises that help - release tension from the facial muscles as well as activate and strengthen the muscles that are weak. With regular practice face exercises can improve facial mobility and symmetry as well as reduce wrinkles and sagging skin. Due to precise movement face exercises help improve blood flow and contribute to collagen and elastin production.
Movement also speeds up lymphatic drainage and helps with depuffing and detoxification. Regular practice helps with concentration as well as relaxation.
