Annabelle Hart is the CEO and Founder of Hart Awakening, a three times international best-selling author, medicine woman and teacher.
Annabelle guides “Alchemical Artistry for Self-Mastery”, teaching her clients to “transform traumas into treasures”, reconnect with the purity, innocence and joy of their true nature and to live harmoniously, within and with All.
Experiences with Belle are enriching, expansive and evolutionary. Infused with educational techniques guiding you to “Liberate, Validate and Regulate” into equilibrium, take the leap of faith from “Poverty” to “Prosperity” Consciousness, so you may survive and THRIVE and courageously create the life you dream of experiencing!
Belle works with varying modalities and medicines, interweaving Shamanism, Sacred Sexuality/Union, Science and Spirituality. Some of which, include: Yoga (specialising in therapeutic practices and Children’s Yoga), Earth Medicines (Ceremonial Cacao, Aromatherapy and Bach Flower Remedies), Emotional Freedom Technique and The Andean Shamanic Medicine Wheel.
From a young age, Belle endured multiple experiences of sexual abuse, dissociation/amnesia, depression, addictions and grief.
Over the past ten years, Belle’s certified education in Australia, England and Denmark, helped her alchemise wounds into wisdom. Hence, she is passionate about supporting children, women and men to courageously and compassionately embody their whole, true and sovereign self also!
