My Aims:

My primary focus is to help individuals heal, energize, become aware of their inner strengths and enhance their lives.
I'm passionate about the therapies I currently offer and genuinely believe in the positive benefits they achieve. They work fantastically alongside traditional medicine to aid the recovery process, allowing us to re-balance our energy enabling us to be at our very best. I have a non-judgemental approach, supporting clients holistically by providing emotional, social and spiritual well-being care.

Reiki Healing:

Reiki is a pure form of healing, that is an entirely non-invasive therapy, it is completely natural and not dependant on individual talent, faith or acquired ability and you do not need to be able to meditate. It is easily learned by anyone and intellectual capacity has no influence on it. It does not require studying, exams, or take years of practice; it is simply passed from the Reiki Master Teacher to the student, during a process known as "attunement". Subsequently once this has taken place, students can use Reiki on others as well as on themselves.

Reiki Training Courses I Offer:

I offer courses in Reiki, from First Degree to Master/Teacher level and I also run a Reiki for Dogs Suitable for dog owners, groomers, dog sitters, trainers, rescue centres.

Meditation Teacher Training Course:

This comprehensive 3 day course is equally suitable for beginners looking to learn more about meditation, just for themselves or those with a prior experience. Whilst becoming absorbed in the mindfulness and Meditation, during the course you will enhance, develop or deepen any previous meditation practice and furthermore it will enable you to teach it to others. You will be taught a range of strategies and techniques that will enable you to work effectively as a meditation teacher. Furthermore you will learn how to hold a class and to write and deliver your own scripts.
