About the Training
INHALE is a facilitator training for people who want to guide breathwork with real depth, genuine safety, and integrity.
It is trauma-sensitive, informed by the nervous system, and built on the understanding that powerful work with the breath asks for equally serious preparation.
The training is delivered in German.
Where Science Meets Depth
What makes INHALE distinct is the bridge it builds between science and depth.
The physiology of the breath, the workings of the autonomic nervous system, and a trauma-informed understanding of what can surface in a session sit alongside energy work, shamanic ritual, and ceremony.
Neither side is treated as decoration for the other.
You learn why the body responds as it does, and you learn how to hold that response with presence and care.
What You Will Learn
Facilitators trained through INHALE work with two approaches: conscious connected breathing and somatic breathwork, a gentler, more contained way of guiding the breath.
You learn how to build and hold a safe container, how to prepare and close a session, how to recognise and respond to what arises in a breather, and how to work with contraindications and clear energetic boundaries.
The emphasis throughout is on responsibility: knowing what you are doing, why, and where the limits lie.
The Foundation Behind INHALE
The training draws on my own grounding as a breathwork facilitator trained within an IPHM Accredited lineage, a Reiki teacher, a TÜV-certified holistic health coach, and a psychologist by academic background, together with a formally examined trainer qualification.
That combination shapes how INHALE teaches: precise in language, grounded in the body and the nervous system, and honest about both the possibilities and the responsibilities of this work.
Small Groups, Deep Learning
Groups are kept deliberately small, so that every participant is properly supported and the quality of facilitation never gives way to numbers. This is an education in holding space well, not a shortcut to a certificate.
Professional Boundaries
INHALE is offered for training and personal-development purposes.
It is not therapy or medical treatment, and facilitators are trained to work within clear professional boundaries.
If you are drawn to this work, you are also welcome to reach out to experience breathwork sessions yourself, as a breather rather than as a client seeking treatment.
