The Institute of Applied Somatics® is a training and research hub that blends decades of collaborative research in somatics, anatomy, physiotherapy, and movement techniques with best practice strategies for Dreamtime journeying and lateral thinking based on established protocols in psychology, cognitive sciences, and alternative medicine techniques.
We offer comprehensive teacher trainings in Somatic Psychology that are internationally accredited and prepare our students for a thriving practice while providing practical tools to transform their personal and professional lives from within. Our training curricula include thematic modules for teachers, therapists, coaches, artists, wellbeing professionals, and educators of all backgrounds. We focus on three main programs:
