With a background in Behavioural Health at BHT level, along with somatic coaching and meditation facilitation, Erica supports individuals and groups through practical, body-based approaches. Her work focusses on helping people build emotional regulation, resilience, and greater self-awareness in a way that feels grounded and applicable.
As a Reiki Master Teacher who has trained over 500 students, Erica brings strong experience in teaching, facilitation, and curriculum design. Her programmes combine clear structure with practical techniques, making them accessible for those looking to integrate nervous system work into their professional practice.
Through the Intuitive Institute of Arizona, she offers professional certification training for those developing skills in somatic coaching, nervous system regulation, and group facilitation. Her aim is to provide non-clinical, practical tools that support lasting personal and professional growth.
