Iris offers in-depth, personalised and bio-individual private hormonal health coaching for anyone experiencing things like: menstrual discomfort, cramps, PMS, PCOS, subclinical infertility and difficulty conceiving, blood sugar dysregulation, gut dysidrosis related to menstrual health, menstrual migraines, low libido, cravings, and more.
She also teaches people with menstrual cycles to live, work and lead according to the cyclical nature of their bodies so they can experience more flow, ease and harmony in life and business.

Professional bio:
Iris a certified Holistic Cycle Guide, Hormonal Health Coach and Birth Worker with an academic background in medical anthropology & women's studies. She also qualified in holistic women's health, traditional midwifery practices, and trauma informed coaching. Her work revolves around our menstrual and life cycles from periods to postpartum. In all her work, the main focus lays on getting to know our bodies (gaining body literacy), sharing tools to make informed body choices and cultivating a sense of body belonging throughout all changes and cycles our bodies move through.
She holds space for people to come home to themselves through embracing their bodies and cycles, practising cyclical living and being in flow with their cycles instead of going against them. Iris supports cyclical beings through private online coaching, courses & classes, circles and retreats.
Iris has completed the following trainings:

- Functional Hormone Specialist training (with the International Association for Functional Hormone Health)
- Orthomolecular Advisor (currently training)
