About Me

I am an Integrative Holistic Practitioner with extensive formal academic training in complementary therapeutic disciplines and structured emotional regulation methodologies.

My Qualifications

My qualifications include advanced studies in Holistic Therapy, Holistic Psychotherapy (within a non-clinical complementary framework), Chromotherapy, Holotherapy, Auriculotherapy and integrative complementary wellbeing practices.

I am a Professional Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), United Kingdom, and practise in full alignment with recognised professional standards, ethical frameworks, safeguarding principles and clearly defined scope-of-practice boundaries.

My Professional Approach

My professional approach is grounded in structured assessment models, reflective practice, professional accountability and ethically applied complementary methodologies.

I specialise in complementary, non-clinical wellbeing support with particular focus on emotional regulation, stress resilience, nervous system stabilisation and trauma-aware complementary frameworks.

All Services

All services are delivered strictly within a complementary therapeutic model.

They do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric intervention, clinical psychotherapy, physiotherapy, dermatological care, or regulated healthcare provision. My practice does not replace statutory healthcare services.

Clear and appropriate referral pathways to GP/NHS or licenced healthcare professionals are maintained where clinical thresholds arise.

I am committed to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to ensure that my practice remains aligned with evolving professional standards, safeguarding frameworks, and evidence-informed complementary methodologies.
