The centre was established in 2021 to engage in life planning courses and services.

It will also undertake different external trainings, including the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Continuing Education Centre, AIA, and Manulife.

It will train more than 4,000 people by 2024.

Starting from the second half of 2022, psychotherapy services will be added to respond to the spiritual and psychological needs of the society.

In a person-centred spirit, we provide high-quality, diversified psychotherapy services, including talk therapy, hypnotherapy, reality therapy, narrative therapy, painting analysis, etc.

We will formulate effective treatment plans based on the different needs of each case.

The key point is to avoid "procrastination" and handle the case in the most effective and fastest way.
