As an Animal & Nature Assisted Practitioner & Teacher Dr Karen blends science and indigenous knowledge with human emotional experience, to help you find opportunities to make an instinctive connection with our world, planet earth, in a stress-free way that can be truly uplifting and transformative.

Dr Karen's approach to Nature Connection is to 'co-work' with nature and animals, seeing them as partners, not resources to be used for human benefit, and this is the basis for all of her Programmes.

Her signature well-being programmes (on-line) include experiential learning, personal consultation and several talks and webinars. These signature programmes are based on working with the dynamics of the seasons of Nature – Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter – understanding what is happening in the natural world at those different times, how it affects us as humans and how to learn from it, and weaving in working with the Moon and Elements, plus Celtic and other traditional festivals, and much more.

Dr Karen's Energy Healing Courses blend indigenous teachings of this land to allow you to deepen your connection to the world around you, to aid your healing, and your spiritual journey. Courses immersed in the 5 elements (air, water, earth, fire & spirit) and their wisdom to inform, perform and transform our lives. Initiation practices from South America, Europe and Tibet are woven through these courses. Completion of the Level 2 course, and subsequent case studies, provides a Certificate as an 'Energy Healing Practitioner'. The Level 3 course 'Advanced Energy Healing Practitioner' to be offered later in 2024.

Dr shares with you her techniques honed over 30 years, in workshops, talks, courses and meditations, both in person and online. Helping people improve their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing, in a lasting way, by inspiring deeper relationships with the natural world.
