Jane Silver Biography.

Jane Silver is a prominent Integrated Hypno Psychotherapist, Life and Business Coach based in the Manchester area, operating in both private and corporate capacity since 2009.

Professional Background: Specialising in trauma, anxiety, stress, and disordered eating. Her therapeutic approach often includes "re- writing subconscious programming," which she compares to a "system re-boot". Her "evolving tool-box" includes virtually every therapeutic modality available thus enabling her to bespoke every session to needs of each individual.

Experience: Before opening her private practice, she spent 17 years (1989-2006) at the University of Manchester in Human Resource Management and Pastoral Care, specifically supporting medical students.

Community & Charity Work • Manchester Arena Attack Response: Jane was an active member of the charitable organisation Heads Up CIO, providing psychological trauma support to victims following the 2017 Manchester Arena attack. • Pandemic Response: During the COVID-19 pandemic, she promoted the use of "rainbow" therapies (paralleling Eastern medicine and colour therapy) to help individuals cope with the mental health crisis.

She runs on line courses on the connection to Mind, Body, Spirit and is the author of two published book.
