Katarzyna Majak is a body-based work trainer and somatic educator based in Poland, and creator of the trademarked method Mapowanie Joni - metoda Katarzyny Majak®. She holds a doctorate in Multimedia Communication from the University of Arts, Poznan, and was the first practitioner in Poland certified in Psychosexual Somatics® Therapy (PST®) and Sexological Bodywork™ (CSB - The Institute of Somatic Sexology, UK & Ireland).
She is also a Somatic Experiencing® (SE®) practitioner, IFS Level 2, RYT200 yoga teacher, and Universal Healing Tao instructor.
Over 20+ years, Katarzyna has delivered 4,000+ individual sessions and 150+ workshops and trainings to more than 5,000 people across Poland and internationally, teaching nervous system regulation, breath, movement, intimacy, and embodiment practice.
Her flagship program, Women's Somatics and Intimacy Facilitation - Mapowanie Joni®, is a 100-hour training for practitioners working with women, exploring intimacy, the body, and emotion through her method of expanded yoni mapping.
She also teaches Coaching Somatyczny ("Somatic Coaching"), a certified training preparing coaches, bodyworkers, and facilitators to bring body-based practice into their own work - within clear professional and ethical boundaries - and "Ucielesniony Spokoj" ("Embodied Calm"), a foundational online course in nervous system regulation.
