Psychotherapist
With over two decades dedicated to the study and practice of psychotherapy, I hold a deep passion for self-discovery, healing, and personal transformation. As a certified Compassionate Inquiry® practitioner, trained under Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur, ND, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of trauma and its impact on the human experience.
My therapeutic approach integrates science-backed methods with experiential insight into human behaviour, focusing on identifying and healing the root causes of psychological and emotional pain. This work supports individuals in developing awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
Author
I am the author of Intuition: The Science of Self and other works focused on self-work and introspection. My writing is informed by both my professional practice and personal journey, exploring the intersection between clinical therapy and lived human experience, offering readers practical tools to foster self-awareness and healing. My work encourages individuals to engage with their authentic selves and cultivate a deeper understanding of their connection with purpose.
Founder & Educator - The Science of Self (SOS)
Formally educated in Psychology and Sociology, I hold a BSc (Hons) degree and have undertaken extensive professional training with leading experts in communication, counselling, and hypnotherapy across more than 50 countries. My studies include training with NYU communications instructor Joseph Maldonado and clinical hypnotherapist Lynn Traub, where I refined my skills in non-verbal communication, behavioural psychology, and therapeutic communication.
I am also certified in Compassionate Inquiry® by Dr. Gabor Maté. Through one-to-one work, workshops, self-study programmes, and seminars, I continue to educate and guide individuals using an integrative approach that combines academic knowledge with embodied, experiential learning. I offer facilitator certification programmes in my Science of Self methodology twice annually.
Founder/Facilitator – SOS Retreats: Self-Work Redefined
As the founder and facilitator of SOS, I am revolutionising therapy through a platform that reimagines self-work. The Science Of Self combines therapeutic practices with immersive learning experiences, allowing individuals to heal as they engage in meaningful self-development. This groundbreaking approach breaks down traditional barriers to accessing therapy, making group healing accessible to many. My work continues to evolve, integrating technology, human behaviour science, and community support to foster lasting transformation in people's lives.
