About Me

I am a Clinical and Health Psychologist, trainer and ecotherapy practitioner with over 17 years of professional experience in clinical, health, community and educational settings.

My work focuses on psychological wellbeing, emotional regulation, personal development and the therapeutic relationship between people and the natural world.

Pé na Terra Ecoterapia

I am the founder of Pé na Terra Ecoterapia, a project dedicated to Ecopsychology, Ecotherapy and Nature Connectedness.

Through this work, I have developed and delivered training programmes for health and wellbeing professionals, individual ecotherapy sessions, nature connection experiences, workshops and professional consultancy.

I am also the creator and trainer of a professional Ecotherapy Certification programme.

My Approach

My approach integrates psychological knowledge with evidence-informed nature-based practices, helping individuals and professionals explore how contact with nature can support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, resilience and a deeper sense of connection.

My professional background includes Clinical and Health Psychology, Counselling and Psychotherapy, Ecotherapy, Nature Connectedness, therapeutic horticulture, group facilitation and adult education.

I have worked across hospital, clinical, social and community contexts and have developed projects combining mental health, therapeutic intervention and nature.
