My name is Ali, and after many cultural and holistic experiences through worldwide travel and 15 years in the corporate world, I started my own Reiki training in 2013.

This allowed me to view the world from a calmer place, recognising how energy benefits our health and wellbeing and supports our mind and body connection. With my passion ignited for this practice I continued to work towards Reiki Master in 2017.

Seeing the impact Reiki had on myself and those around me I opened my own practice, Rebalanceyou, in 2018.

I have been trusted to support many clients through difficult times in their life, help them to find calm in this busy world and I have also trained many others, allowing them to have Reiki at their fingertips and use everyday!

As part of any Reiki course you will also be invited to join our, women only community, where we share ideas, experiences and of course Reiki.

My work also took me down the path to support women in their fertility journeys leading me to develop and create my own therapy, Reproductive Reiki Reflex, that has had many years of success!

There is nothing quite as overwhelming as when a client, who has been trying for years, sends you the picture of their new born and thanks you for what they believe played a part.

I love supporting women with their hormone balance across fertility and peri menopausal years.
