After 40+ years of her very active mind training itself through transformational methodologies and spiritual truths sourced from professional training workshops, participating in retreats, travelling to and meditating at sacred sites around the world, attaining a Degree in Psychology, studying and getting certified with everyone and in everything from Quantum and Neuro-Sciences, energy medicine, biological evolutionary theory, attachment theory, NLP, Ontological Philosophy, and the Divine Feminine - Goddess Archetype Realm.  Alexandra has come to the most important overarching insight --- None of what your mind knows matters if you are not living embodied as a heart-centered and rooted being who is aligned and sourced by the Divine!

She is the founder of the Sacred Feminine Guiding Institute, the You Are Goddess Programs and is committed to training Coaches, Healers, Mystics, Therapists, Sacred Journey Women and others how to utilize the work of the Sacred Feminine and Goddess Archetypal distinctions in their Practices. She is working on her first book to be released in 2021 and is currently residing in her Haven in the San Francisco area with her 4 Guru’s - her beautiful husband and three gorgeous children.
